Do Your Kids Ever Worry You?

Do your kids ever worry you?
Lately I have to admit I'm finding my girl's newest past time to be a little disconcerting.

Walking past them in the Dining room I can't help but notice something is a little off.
They always seem to be in pain.

But I can't quite figure it out.
After grimacing grotesquely, they then let out peals of laughter.

When I walk in the room though, they look up innocently from their computer.

I always figured they were just watching a funny YouTube video
they saw on facebook.
But lately I've been thinking there is a little more to it than that.
Unfortunately I was right.
And I was finally able to capture the phenomenon on my DSLR.

Convulsions?
Ticks?
Full grand mal seizures?

Apparently not?

It's like a baby discovering themselves in the mirror for the first time.
But not quite as cute.

I guess all in all,  I should just be thankful.
Thankful that they have found a harmless way to completely amuse themselves.

But honestly what ever happened to reading the funny papers?
Or watching America's Funniest Home Videos?
Or telling a good knock knock joke?

I just have to start rolling with the times I guess.

I'm just glad they're OK.
At least I think they're OK?

My kids are OK right?

  1. Here's my question: Did they even realize you were photographing them?

  2. I usually discover this when I see all of their photos from the webcam on my laptop!! haha! They are too funny. I don't enjoy seeing myself AT ALL on the webcam. :)

  4. Haha, that's hilarious! The things kids do to amuse themselves. But, hey, at least it's a lot safer and less dangerous than a lot of other things they could be doing.

  6. Oh I love it! Your daughters are adorable - funny faces and all. And yes, they're definitely OK. At least I hope they are, because Princess Nagger does stuff like that, too. ;)
