We have been loving our Autumn apples here at Bungalow'56.
Especially since we have a secret way of eating them that is...
Dee lish!
Dee lish!
And it just happens to be your lucky day...
Because we have decided to share our secret recipe.
We like to call it Faux Candied Apples.
It requires three simple ingredients:
An apple cut up into quarters,
peanut butter,
and a bag of trail mix.
Now read carefully, because it's awfully complicated
and I wouldn't want you to miss any of the steps.
Spread the peanut butter onto the quartered apple pieces.
Dip the apples into a small bowl of your choice of trail mix.
And enjoy a appelicious taste sensation like you've never had before.
We take our Faux Candied Apple recipe very seriously.
It is the "go to" snack most days after school here at Bungalow'56.
Crunchy, sweet and salty.
A snack that we can all happily agree on.
Try it.
With just a smidge of imagination,
you'd swear you were biting into a candied apple.
It's the one snack that makes our day just a little bit sweeter,
and that's the way we like it.
Now go find yourself some beautiful,
crisp, in season, Autumn apples, and have a party!
The fuji and MacIntosh apples are always great guests, but be forewarned, the MacIntoshes
might have to be kicked out at the end of the evening,
and definitely invite a few galas as they love getting dressed up.
It's a great mix for any party.

Plus as an added bonus, this snack can be used as a delicious weight loss technique,
because you know what they say....
An apple a day... keeps the Chocolate away : )
