We're off to see a Parade,

wave some Flags,

and then cook some Buffalo Burgers.

Wish you could all join us!

But then again....

The Agronomist doesn't like sharing his Buffalo Burgers.

OK - call me crazy, but I'm not Canadian. Is a buffalo burger a phrase or is it really buffalo? If so fill me in - is it like beef? I'm a beef girl - daughter of a cattle farmer so I'm intrigued!!
