I wanted to share with you a post I added to my photo blog. It was just one of those moments I wanted to make sure I remembered forever. My youngest wasn't digging for a compliment. It was something she was really wondering about.
It's hard being the youngest to tween/teen older sisters. She watches, she scrutinizes, and she idolizes them, and then she wonders...
SUNDAY, AUGUST 29
Today you put your arms around me and whisper asked me, "Mom will I be beautiful when I grow up?"I replied, "Stunningly beautiful" You looked at me and quietly asked "How do you know?" And I told you, I see it in your pictures. You looked at me with your brown eyes and you smiled, and then you walked away.
XO
(Mom)
PS Dear youngest, if you are ever wondering if I was telling you the truth. Here is your answer x3...
Why?
Because what I forgot to tell you, is that you are even more beautiful.... from within.
And promise me, you will always remember that....
