I Mustache You A Question

Last year these Valentine's cards were a big hit with the Bungalow classroom crowd.
The girls really wanted to make something again, so I started to look for some ideas.

When I found this card I knew I'd found a winner,
and I immediately pinned it to my Be Mine Pinterest board.

The girls however were a little harder to convince.

They said no to the bushy fake mustache. (moustache in Canada)
I couldn't figure out why?
Why wouldn't they want to rock it like The Agronomist?
But try as I might, I couldn't change their minds.

So Eldest made a paper one instead.
They seemed to be OK with this.

We went out and took a few hundred pictures of their moustached selves.

Once we had a few good ones they choose their favourite pose
and downloaded it to Picnik.

As hard as it was for me not to try and put my two cents in,
they all designed their individual cards themselves.

We printed them off and stapled them to card stock along with a little baggie of candy.
And everyone went to bed feeling pretty darn proud of themselves.

Racquel Valentine's Card

Once again the Bungalow Valentines were a big hit!

Happily no fake moustaches were harmed in the making of these cards.

Happy Valentine's Day Friends!

Here's to a little chocolate in your lives and a whole lot of love!

xoxo,
